The friends of the Rev. C. E. Porl ter will regret to hear that he is stilconfined to his home, his medical adviser ordering him complete rest for u week or ten days. A Press Association telegram from v Wellington states that Mr A. H. Turton, S.M . at Greymouth, will - take the duties of the late Mr W. P. James, S.M., at Masterton.
