The "Boursn> Gazette" of St. Petersburg saya that although the word "treaty" wqs not mentoned in the speeches of King Edwaud and the Czar, in proposing their toasts at the banquet on board the Royal yacht, the idea of an understanding between Russia, Great Britain, and France has evidently taken root.
