DISPUTE WITH THE EX-SHAH. Received August 4, 8.45 a.m. TEHERAN, August 3. The Persian Government has not yet settled the dispute with the exShah, Mohamned Ali, respecting the Crown jewels, which he refuses to surrender. The possibility of the Nationalists refusing to recognise the lat? Government's foreign debts is causing disquiet in financial circles.
