The match of the Austra ian cricketers against South Wales was resumed to-day at Cardiff, in the presence of ten thousand spectators. The weather wis sunny, and the wicket good. The first innings of the Australians realised 271 runs, the chief scorers being Hartigan 88, and M'Alister 65. The innings lasted 225 minutes. In the second inning?? of the South Wales team, five wickets were down for 83 when stumps were drawn for the day.
