COUNT ZEPPELIN'S AIRSHIP.

Count Zeppelin, in his airship, is making a continuous journey from Friedrichshafen to Frankfort, with seven passengers.
The airship, rising through a hailstorm to a height of 3,000 ft, passed over Ulm, Stuttgart, Heilbroun, Heidelberg, and Darmstadt, making the journey under twelve hours. Received August 3, 10.20 p.m. BERLIN, August 2.
Count Zeppelin attempted to reach Cologne, but a strong wind and defnctive motor forced him to return to Frankfort.
| A PROPHESY. Received August 8, 9.55 p.m. NEW YORK, August 3. The United States has paid Wright Bros. 30,000 dollars, including a bonus because the speed they attained exceeded forty miles an hour. Mr T. A. Edison, the well-known inventor, prophesies that in ten years aeroplanes-will carry mails at a speed of 100 miles per hour. A FRENCH RECORD. Received August 3, 9.55 p m. PARIS, August 3. M. Sommer, on a Farman aeroplane, in 110 minutes covered 70 miles, at a height of 80 feet, at Chalonis Camp —a French record in duration.
