FIRE AT STRATFORD.
By Telegraph—Press Association. STRATFORD, August 2., By fire, at four o'clock on Sunday morning, the Coronation Buildings at the corner of Broadway and Regan Streets were considerably damaged. The stocks of O. Cummins, draper, and the Dreadnought Grocery suffered severely. The stock of Phillips, an itinerant draper, was slightly damaged by smoke. The insurances are: —On building £750 in the South British Office; Cummins' £6OO in the National; Dreadnought stock, £4OO in the Victoria Office. On Phillips* stock there was no insurance.
