SCOTCH MINERS' DISPUTE. NO AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copvrittct, ReceivedJuly29.lo.2sa.ro. LONDON, July 28. The sub-committee of the Scotch coal masters and miners have so far failed to agree. The men's delegates are very determined, owing to the result of the ballot. The employers have resolved to make no further concessions. The conference will be resumed tomorrow, Mr Winston Churchill, President of the board ot Trade, presiding.
