Messrs Dalgety [and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cable message from their London house under date of the 22nd insc:— Tallow: Prices in general are unchanged. Buyers are showing less eagerness for beef, etc., or mixed of gnod colour. Frozen meat: Beef is in very limited demand, prices ruling Jd lower and wo see no prospect of any improvement in the near future. The market for frozen mutton and lamb is weak, but without quotable change.
