ALLEGED FALSE PROSPECTUS.
I j CHARGE AGAINST A DIRECTOR. LONDON, July 23. The police at Manchester have issued a warrant for the arrest of Julius | Wilier, on a charge of publishing an alleged false prospectus of Wilier and Riley, and on other charges. The firm of Wilier and Riley, which dealt largely in colonial dairy produce, failed last year through being connected with a Danish bank which lost heavily through the misdeeds of an ex-Minister.
