THE TaSMANIAN SYSTEM. "PERFECT SUCCESS. Received July 23, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, July 22. At a meeting of the Proportional Representation Society. Sir Edward Clarke, the eminent lawyer, reterred to the perfect success of the proportional representation system in Tasmania. The Tasmanian Agent-General explained the working of the system in the State.
