FLEET INSPECTED BY DISTINGUISHED VISITORS. Received July 21, 9 a.m. LONDON, July 20. The Lord Mayor and Corporation of London, the Lords of the Admiralty, and the delegates from the Turkish Parliament, now visiting London, inspected the British fleet now lying at Southend.
