Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cable message from their London house, under date of the 16th inst: —Frozen Meat: —Market has declined further. Price are declining without materially improving the demand. We see no prospect of any improvement in the near future. The market for lamb and mutton is weak. Prices for beef are Jd to Jd lower, for mutton are $d lower, and for lamb' id lower. Wool: Saiea continue firm in the case of all good wools, but greasy merino wools, heavy, earthy and wasted, and short faulty scoured merino wools are 5 per cent, to 10 per cent, lower as compared with last series' closing rates. Talluw: Mutton tallow in general is unchanged. Mixed, fair to good, is par to 3d higher, and low and inferior descriptionsi6d to 9d higher. Oats, mai'kst quiet.
