Fighting between the Shah's troops a.id the revolutionary forces was continued in Teheran all Tuesday night. The Nationalists captured a position near the house of Colonel Lakhoff. commander of the brigade of Cossacks, and finally captured part of the Cossack's position. The latter , are now shelling the Nationalists. | The Shah's troops have arrived from Sultanabad, and are shelling the Parliament buildings. Nationalists hive complained to tha foreign Consuls that the Russian Government's Cossack troops are firing from Colonel Lakhoff's house, under the shelter of the Russian flag. TERMS OF SURRENDER. Received July 15, 10.40 p.m. TEHERAN, July 15. The Secretary of the Russian Legation, at Teheran, on behalf of Colonel Liakhoff, commander of the Shah's forces, and the Persia Cossacks, has asked the Nationalists for the terms of surrender. The Nationalists commanders have replied that if the Shah's troops relinquish theirs arms, the officers will be set free and the men permitted to serve in the constitutional forces of the Government. All the Russian warships in the Caspian Sea have gone to the Persian waters.
