TRAINED RESERVES FROM NEWFOUNDLAND. Received July 12, 10.10 p.m. LONDON, July 12. Sir Edward Morris, Premier of Newfoundland, interviewed in London, stated that Newfoundland could have 1,000 trained reserve men ready at 24 hours' notice to go aboard a Dreadnought.
