METHODIST SUNDAY SCHOOL.
MONTHLY Mt'ETING OF TEACHERS. The monthly meeting of the Methodist Sunday School teachers and officers was held in the Young Men's class-room last evening. There were present,—Rev C. E. Porter (chairman), Messrs S. Ralph, Donaldson, Mannell, Misses W. Daniell, N. Daniell, L. Church, W. Cress well, and the secretary, Mr R. J. Mclver. *««— The secretary reported as follows: —Teache.rs on roll, 22; average attendance, 19, or 85 per cent. Scholars on roll, 283; average attendance 1125, or 79 per cent —increase of 10 scholars during the month. Tnfanfc Department, on roll 112; average attendance 87, 0r,77 per cent. — increase of 6 scholars during th? month. Young Men's Class, on roll 16, average attendance 16, or 100 per cent. Young Women's Class, on roll 38; average attendance 23, or 61 per cent. —increase of 4 during the month. The Senior Bible Class, which has been meeting in the Y. M.C A." rooms on Sundays, was reported to be dt i?g good work. The orderinor of next vea-'s s-mpfv of periodicals was left.n the ha'id3 of the superintendent, Mr C. E. Daniell, and the secretary. It was decided to discontinue the Band of Hope for the present.
