! CENSURE ]MOTION. Received July 8, 10.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, July 8. At a caucus of the Labour Party it wa3 decided to come to a vote on the censure motion before the end of the week. The debate has been again adjourned. ReceivedJJuly 9, 12.5 a m. MELBOURNE, July 8. The debate is dragging along in the House of Representatives. In the Senate the Ministerial policy has been debated for the last fortnight, the Labourites forcing the Government to keep the House ta the subject by calling sttention to the state of Chamber. The Government supporters retaliated today by refraining to obey the call of the bell, with the result that a count-out resulted ending the debate.
