THE DAVIS CUPi Received July 7, 11.15 a.m. SYDNEY, July 7. 'l'he council of the Lawn Tennis ssociation discussed the Davis Cup proposals, and decided that the committee of management should be constituted in the proportion of one representing New Zealand and three for Australia; that the next Davis Cup match be played in Sydney, and thereafter in New Zealand; and that all challenge ties thereafter played in Australasia shall be played twice in Austialia and once in New Zealand. In the event of the determining of the agreement, any unexpended funds to be divided, two-thirds to go to the Australian Association, and one-third to New Zealand.
