I NORTH POLAR REGIONS. I HEADED BY COUNT ZEPPELIN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright, Received July 5, 9.10 a.m. BERLIN, July 4. The Kaiser has given hia patrcnaee to an airship expedition, headed by Count- Zeppelin and Professor Hergesell, to explore the North Polar regions in 1910. The west coast of Spitzbergen has been chosen as the base of operations. It is hoped the expedition will succeed in reaching the Pole. AIRSHIP TRAFFIC. SUGGESTED conference. Received July 5, 10.15 p.m. P(aRIS, July 5. France has issued invitation to Germany to hold a conference to settle the rules of airship traffic.
