UNIONIST OPPOSITION. LEGISLATION BY RELAYS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyrigut, Received July 2, 8.45 a.m. LONDON, July 1. The Goverrment is attempting to break the Unioni&t opposition to the Finance Bill by twelve and thirteen hours sittings, relays of Ministerial supporters attending to ensure a majority on division. Clause 1 was carried after the closure has been applied to the discussion. Upon Clause 2, defining the increment value of land, the debate was continued until 4 o'clock in the morning.
