WEST'S PICTURES.

All arrangements are now completed for the return visit of the favourite picture entertainment known as West's Pictures which opens to-morrow evening in the Town Hall. The special features to be presented consist of an attractive series of "art studies" which Mr West has secured for his Australasian companies. Several of these will be shown, including a wonderful film entitled "The Evolution of the Serpentine," which is described as being a splendid picture radiant in a wealth of ever-changing-colours of indescribable beauty. The interest of the onlooker is attracted by the magnificent regard to detail which has been given to the subject. Other pictures include much ot scenic, travel and dramatic nature, with various comic reliefs to make up an interesting and instructing as well as an amusing entertainment. The box plan is on view at Miss Rive's.
