LABOUR EXCHANGES.

In response to Trade Unions, Mr Winston Churchill, in Committee in the Housa of Commons on the Labour Exchange Bill, promised tu add amendments putting the exchanges out of gear during a strike if the Trade Union leader felt the exchanges ought to be absoutely neutral, but he hoped that; the Labour Party would accept the German method whereby a bureau continued to work taking no notice of strikes.
