A GUN ACCIDENT.

By Telegraph—Press Association. WAIROA, June 22. A gun accident occurred at North Clyde at 6.30 o'clock on Sunday evening. Two lads, both aged 17, named W,. Johansen and J Finucane, had been out shooting. They were returning in a trap, both guns, loaded, lying on the floor. When Finucane got out he pulled the gun, which exploded, the charge going clean through'the thigh of the other lad, badly lacerating the muscles, but missing the fenjoral artery. The sufferer is progressing favourably so far.
