Received June 22, 12.45 a.m. PARIS, June 21. M. Barthow, the French Minister of works, speaking at French Lorraine, referred to Casablanca, and said that France was faced by an inadmisssible claim, and was unable to submit to servitude. The Government remembered that certain condiions could not be imposed on France, and the army was in a position to face all eventualities.
