SETTLEMENT IN CANADA.
A BIG COLONISATION SCHEME,
Received June 21, 8.45 a.m. OTTAWA, June 20. General Booth, head of the Salvation Army, is negotiating with the Canadian Pacific Railway for the purchase of a large tract of land in Alberta, on which to settle all Salvationist immigrants.
If the negotiations are successful, this will be the largest colonisation scheme on record.
