RUSSIAN DREADNOUGHTS.
Received June 17, 10.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 17.
Keels have been laid at St. Petersburg for four 23,000 ton Dreadnoughts.
The materials and workmanship throughouc will be Russian, and the design carried out under the supervision of British experts. The John Brow.\ Company, of the Clyde Bank works, are the contractors.
