Reuter's Constantinople correspondent reports that four marshals, including an ex-Minister of Marine and of Public Instruction, two generals, an ex-Councillor of State, and sixty other high official?, have been degraded and imprisoned in provincial fortresses, on account of their connection witn the recent reactionary outbreak.
