RECOMMENDATIONS OF

DELEGATES,

Received June 16, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, June 16. A meeting of cricket represenatives of England, Australia and South Africa, held at Lords, resolved at the instance of Mr Hillyard, seconded by Mr Poidevin, to approve of the principle of triangular contests, and also unanimously adopted the following resolution in view of the arrangements made for England to visit South Africa in 1909-1910, and South Africa to visit Australia in 1910-1911: "That an effort be made to have the first of the triangle competitions played in England in 1912 subject to South Africa waiving the claim to come alone in 1912, and in order to further this object England pledges itself to visit Australia in 1911-1912."
