Rev. A. T. Thompson", 8.A., 8.D., hss received an invitation to preach at Knox Church, Dunedin, during the vacancy caused by Rev. W. Hewitson's appointment as Master of Knox College. It is understood that the session of the local Knox church have consented to Rev. Thompson visiting Dunedin. -...-,, 3 Colonel McDonald, who is retiring from the senior iorces to take up cadet vork, received a most cordial eulogy at the hands of Colonel Bauehope, at the dinner tendered to the visitors to the Staff Ride, at Palmeraton North, on Saturday. Colonel Bauchope said that Colorifl | M c Dcr,aiu naa close invaluable work in the past, and there was no doubt he would be of immense service to the cadet movement.
