Cambridge University could not be resumed to-day. Received June 6, 5.5 p.m. LONODN, June 5. The wicket was sodden and the start delayed. The second wicket fell at 45. The third wicket was down at Bk, and the fourth and fifth at 95. The bowling was good and kept down the scoring. The seventh wicket fell at 117, and the eighth at 150. Being 153 in arrears Cambridge followed on. When play ended they had lost eight wickets for 62. The first wicket fell for four, the second for 20, the third and fourth for 27 (Macartney capturing Collins and Buchanan in the same over), the fifth at 28, the sixth at 36, the seventh and eighth at 61, Lockhart succumbing to the first ball.
