CZAR AND KAISER.
PROPOSED MEETING. Received June 4, 11 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 4. The German Ambassador with the military and naval attaches at St. Petersburg joins the Kaiser during the latter's visit to the Czar off Abo (the chief town of a Government in Finland, on the river Aurajoki near" its embouchure in the Gulf of Bothnia, 170 miles N.W.W. of Helsingfors by rail). THE GERMAN AIM. Received June 4, 11.T5 p.m. BERLIN, June 4. The newspaper "Nachrichten," commenting on the Kaiser's visit, which / the German semi-official newspapers ascribe as the Czar's invitation, declares that the German diplomatists is to drive further the wedge between Britain and Russia, and smash up any understanding between them wherever possible. The newspaperconcludes by hinting at the possibility of Germany assisting Russian ascendency in Persia.
