The newspaper "Nachrichten," commenting on the Kaiser's visit, which / the German semi-official newspapers ascribe as the Czar's invitation, declares that the German diplomatists is to drive further the wedge between Britain and Russia, and smash up any understanding between them wherever possible. The newspaperconcludes by hinting at the possibility of Germany assisting Russian ascendency in Persia.
