FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE FREEZING COMPANY.
COMPANY ABOUT TO BE REGISTERED. 1 FULL LIST OF PROMOTERS. The progress of the Wellingtoa Farmers' Co operative Meat Freezing Company continues to be satisfactory. An enthusiastic' ing of farmers was held at Martinborough on Thursday evening, piesided over by Mr Frank Perry. Interested persons were present from all over the province, Messrs J. C. Cooper and J. Corrigan, who have been working hard in stirring up interest in the project, being in attendance.
In conversation with a Wairarapa Age reporter, yesterday, Mr Cooper stated that the amount premised to date totalled £12,000, and the company is therefore to be registered in a few days. Appended is the full list of farm-* ers whose names are to appear on the prospectus as being subscribers to the memorandum of Association, each share representing £5: — J.
