Received June 4, 10.35 p.m. PRETORIA, June 3. The Legislative, Council and Legislative Assemblies of the Transvaal and Orange River Colony have adopted the Constitution Mr A. Fischer (Premier of Orange River Colony) remarked m the course of a speech that disregarding the manner their introduction into the country was effected, and in view of the hardship they had undergone none but a vigorously prejudiced man could deny that the British settlers were an acquisition to the State.
