PROSECUTION OF COMPANIES. LARUE FINES PAID. CUSTOMS FRAUDS. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph Copyrignt. Received June 2, 8.35 a.m. NEW YORK, June 1. Recent prosecutions for violating the anti-trust laws have resulted in the payment into court of tines amounting to a million sterling. The cases dealt with concerned unlawful mining upon public land, and giving and accepting rebates. Five employees of the American Sugar Refining Company were arrested in connection with Customs frauds, but their share was only £3 weekly.
