VERDICT FOR DEFENDANT. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 2. In the Supreme Court, to-day, the special jury in the action, Rose Galvin versus T. E. K. Burgess, a dentist, claiming £5Ol damages for bodily harm caused by alleged unskiifulness in extracting a tooth, returned a verdict in favour of defendsant, who did not ask for costs.
