United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received May 31, 12.37 a.m. SYDNEY, May 30. There was a record fog last night, the city and harbour being enveloped from 10 o'clock till 10 this morning. Shipping traffic was at a standstill, and late visitors in the city and those down the harbour were unable .to reach their homes. Many passengers on,the,Manly boats slept on board all night.
