Sir Jas. Whitney, Premier of Ontario, speaking at Morrisburg, said that it would be better if the Canadian Government cabled to Britain that they were prepared to recommend an appropriation equal to the price of one or two Dreadnoughts. Canada would be proud of the day shejßtarjcs beside the brethren of the Antipodes in a great Imperial proce-sion.
