PATENTS TREATY RATIFIED. Received May 21, 8.15' a.m. BERLIN, May 20. The Reichstag has ratified the Patents Treaty with America. In the course of the debate, Herr Von Bethmann-Hollweg, Minister of the Interior, expressed a hope that r jciprocal protection of patents would form the basis of an international patents law of the future.
