Says the football critic in the "Otago Witness": Wrigley, the nineteeii-year-old Sandow, who came out for New Zealand against the New South Wales team in that memorable match at Tahuna Park, Dunedin, some year or two ago, is now a well-established Northern Union player in England. This is a recent appreciation: "Wrigley, the one time "All Black," has no objection to hustle ind bustle, and his try would have done credit to his old colleagues. Wrigley appears fairly established Fartown, and is entrusted with the kicks, placing two goals on Saturday and scoring the try, so that his share 'of the victory cannot be gainsaid." Wighton, a member of last season's St. James (Wellington) Club has been playing well as centre forward for the Palmerston Kia Toa Senior team this season, writes a correspondent.
