MEN RESUMING WORK. AN APPEAL FOR SUPPORT. United Press Association—By Eleetrio Telegraph Copyright, Received May 16, 4.30 p.m. PARIS, May 15. Many of the French postal strikers have resumed work. A meeting of the postal strikers approved of an appeal to the working classes for support. It was stated at the meeting that the whole confederation of labour would help the postal employees.
