DAILY WORK FOR FIFTEEN HUNDRED MEN. Received May 16, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, May 15. The Hon. R. McKenna (First Lord of the Admiralty) replying to a question in the House of Commons, that the building of a Dreadnought gives daily work to 1,500 skilledmen. Seventy per cent, of the cost goes in wages.
