The Socialists introduced the present trouble in regard to the postal employees, and in an interpellation alleged that M. Clemenceau (Premier) had deceived the officials by refusing M. Simyan's dismissal. M. Barthon, in replying, denied that a promise had been given to dismiss M. Simyan.
