RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, [Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree, age, name of owner and trainer, and colours of tho rider. 2. Entries by telegram must be con r firmed in writing by first mail. 3. The Stewards preserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations or acceptances, or declaration of weights, as they may deem fit. 4.
