ROBBERY AT RAILWAY A STATION.

OFFICER GAGGED AND BOUND. Received May 5, 10 p.m. SYDNEY, May 5. Early this morning the night officer at the Marrickville Railway Station, named Kerr, was found gagged and bound. He stated that hearing a knock he opened the door and received a blow, and a man entered the building. A struggle and then a second man appeared. After gagging and binding Kerr they rifled the safe of £2B in coin and stamps, and relieved Kerr of two gold watches and cash. They then decamped.
