HOCKEY.

Another team from Carterton has been entered for thho Junior competition of the Wairarapa Hockey Association, and this team will play the team that formerly drew the bye in the fixtures. The new team's first match will be against Knox on the Showgrounds. A meeting of the Knox Juniors was held in Knox .Hall, last evening, Mr W. Horn blow presiding. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:—Captain, W. Hornblow; "Vice-Captain, A. Barry; Selection Committee, Messrs Hornblow, Barry, J. Bradbury, C. Cole and P. Church. It was decided that the colours should be white shirt and blue sash and dark and light blue caps, the monogram of the Club to be on the lattter.
