SOLICITOR IN TROUBLE.
ALLEGED FRAUDULENT APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS. Received April 29, 10 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 29. Arthur Lee, an English solicitor, has been arrested on a charge of fraudulent appropriation of funds at Home. He admitted his identity. It is believed that the defalcations amount to £7,000:
