CHARGES AGAINST TOM MANN. VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY.?] £ [Received April 29, 10 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 29.^ The Judge, in summing up in the charges against Tom Mann in connection with the trouble at Broken Hill, said that Mann's speeches were materially against him, for they showed he was at all times prepared to offer resistance to the police. The jury, after five hours' deliberation, brought in a verdict of not guilty.
