BANKS MEAT COMPANY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WOODVILLE, April 29. A well-attended meeting of debenture holders of the Banks Meat Company was held here this afternoon. The financial statement of the past six months trading was read which showed a very satisfactory state of affairs. Those present expressed their approval of the same by passing hearty votes of thanks to the receiver and manager, Mr W. Nicholson, and to the chairman and members of the management committee. Various matters of importance were brought up, and considered, and thejmanagement committee were empowered to deal with them as occasion required.
