CHARGE OF THEFT.

By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 28. A man named FrederickJ Armstrong, head waiter of the Gretna Hotel, was arrested on a charge of theft of three pounds from the Gretna Hotel safe. It is stated that other charges are pending against the same accused.
