By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 28. Thu following is Rev. D. C. Bates* weather forecast to 3 p.m., to-mor-row:—Easterly winds moderate to strong are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and increasing northerly winds elsewere; barometer falling everywhere for a change in the weather; rain is probable in the southernmost district, and on the East Coast north of Napier.
