TOUR OF VICTORIAN MINISTER OF LANDS. Received April 26, 9.50 a.m. MELBOURNE, April 26. The Victorian Minister for Lands, Hon. H. M'Kenzie, embodies his conclusions on his visit to New Zealand in a report to the Cabinet.
